Every batch of RNA Agrigenetics seeds is packed in moisture-resistant, multi-layered, and tamper-evident packaging. This ensures the seeds retain optimum germination vitality, vigor, and protection against external humidity during transportation and warehouse storage.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing & Dispatch: Confirmed retail orders and distributor shipments are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from our processing plant at SURVEY NO. 294, PLOT NO. 1/12, KALAVAD ROAD, CHHAPRA-360021, Ta. Lodhika, Dist. Rajkot (Guj.) India.
• Transit Duration: Depending on the destination distance and road connectivity, shipments typically reach their destination within 3 to 7 working days.
• Bulk Transport: Commercial dealer orders are routed via trusted transport lines with formal consignment notes (bilty/LR) provided immediately upon dispatch.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers and dealers are requested to verify package integrity and seal condition at the time of delivery. In the rare event of transit damage or package tampering, please document the issue with photographs and inform our customer support within 48 hours.
