Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before utilizing the website (rnaagrigenetics.com) or purchasing seed products from RNA Agrigenetics Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Seed Quality & Germination Standards

RNA Agrigenetics seeds are rigorously processed, tested, and conform to the Indian Minimum Seed Certification Standards (IMSCS) for physical purity and germination at the time of packing and dispatch.

2. Agronomic & Environmental Factors Disclaimer

Agricultural seed performance, germination rate, crop stand, and ultimate harvest yield depend on numerous natural and operational variables beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:

Climatic and weather conditions (unseasonal rainfall, temperature fluctuations, drought, humidity).
Soil preparation, pH, salinity, and drainage efficiency.
Sowing depth, irrigation schedule, fertilization, and integrated pest/disease management.

Accordingly, while we guarantee high genetic purity and quality packaging, RNA Agrigenetics cannot assume liability for crop failures or reduced yields arising from unfavorable environmental or agronomic circumstances. Growers are advised to follow the recommended Package of Practices.

3. Intellectual Property

All brand names, proprietary variety marks (including Aditya-5, Bansari Gold, Black Aadi, Sardar-44, Sardar-99, Urja-222, Swara-108, Tilak, Mahi, Rudrax-44), logos, graphics, and instructional materials are the exclusive intellectual property of RNA Agrigenetics Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or repackaging is strictly prohibited.

4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All disputes or claims arising out of transactions, seed quality, or website usage shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
